In order to provide the best quality and taste we process fresh syrup daily . To enhance the flavor and thicken the syrup we use filtered water and pure cane sugar. The taste of sugar is superior to that of other sweeteners such as high fructose corn syrup and artificial sweeteners. Our syrup has a six to eight month shelf life and it does not require refrigeration.
