The shipping cost is determined by the weight of the order, the distance the order has to be shipped and the shipping method. Ground shipping is the least expensive. Shipping is cheaper when several items are ordered at the same time. It cost about as much to ship 1 quart of snow cone syrup as it does to ship 6 quarts.

Add ¼ ounce of citric acid per gallon of syrup in the mixing container and stir well.
Add 1¼ ounce of sodium benzoate per gallon of syrup in the mixing container and stir well.
Important! Stir in the citric acid and the sodium benzoate separately to avoid crystallization. You can also Buy Preservatives that are ready to use.
1. Shake the concentrate well before using.
2. Measure and pour the concentrate into the mixing container.
3. Use 1 oz. of concentrate to make 1 quart or 4 oz. to make 1 gallon.
4. Fill the container with simple syrup.
5. Cap the container and shake well.
Our syrups and cream toppings have a 6 month shelf life. However, the cream topping must be refrigerated after mixing with evaporated milk. Our flavor concentrate has a 2 year shelf life.
Syrup is ready to be poured over shaved ice. Flavor concentrate has to be mixed with simple syrup.
