The shipping cost is determined by the weight of the order, the distance the order has to be shipped and the shipping method. Ground shipping is the least expenseve. Shipping is cheaper when several items are ordered at the same time. It cost about as much to ship 1 quart of snow cone syrup as it does to ship 6 quarts.

Note: Cold, warm or hot water may be used. Stir until sugar is dissolved (cold water requires longer stirring time). 1. Add ¼ ounce of citric acid for every gallon of simple syrup in the mixing container and stir thoroughly. Important: Add the citric acid and the sodium benzoate separately in order to avoid crystallization. |

How can I make snow cone syrup using concentrate?
1. Shake the concentrate well before using.
2. Measure and pour the concentrate into the mixing container.
3. Use 1 oz. of concentrate to make 1 quart or 4 oz. to make 1 gallon.
4. Fill the container with simple syrup.
5. Cap the container and shake well.
What is the shelf life of the syrups, toppings and concentrate?
Our syrups and cream toppings have a 6 month shelf life. However, the cream topping must be refrigerated after mixing with evaporated milk. Our flavor concentrate has a 2 year shelf life.
What is the difference between syrup and concentrate?
Syrup is ready to be poured over shaved ice. Flavor concentrate has to be mixed with simple syrup.
How much concentrate is required to flavor simple syrup?
4 ounces of concentrate will flavor 1 gallon os simple syrup
How many snow cones will 1 pint, 1 quart and 1 gallon of snow cone syrup make?
The chart below is based on using 1 1/2 oz. of snow cone syrup per 6 oz cup of shaved ice. You can do the math to figure a different size cup or a different amount of snow cone syrup per cup.
